Yes, I was for first time GM in one server that I won't tell the name because it will be commercial. The server stopped for some reason but one other dude from that server made his own RP server so we all moved there. I achieved Lead GM rank there and later I was promoted to Admin and reached level 3 in just 2 weeks. But the server was Attacked and was totaly destroyed.
Have you ever played any other servers (Maybe someone will know you better from there) ? Yes, I was playing in a lot of servers.

What makes you feel qualified to be an admin vs. everyone else here at Ultra Gaming Roleplay? (Long Answer)
Well, I have a lot of experience of beign an Admin in any game and server and I know what is the feeling of it.
But everyone is trying to do his best in his job.
People will always try to pull you down and hate you but you should never give up.

If you are given admin, What is one of your goals to Better, Correct, or Focus on? (Long Answer)
If you have more than one, Go as long as you'd like!
The first thing I will do if I become Admin is to make the server stable. I will accept reports ASAP.
I will teach guys that don't even have an idea of RP the basics of it because they are just ruining the game.
I can also teach new admins the way of beign an Admin.
And a lot more things.

No, I am useful only ingame. (In-game Admin)

Please Restate Three of our Rules, and describe in your own words what they mean:
1. Metagaming *MG* : Metagaming is when you are tring to get information about something that you can get IC-ly
eg. You are ID 1 and your friend is ID 3: /pm 3 Hey dude where are you? /pm 1 Im near the bank /pm 3 Okay stay there I am comming.
You should learn where your friend is with the way you are doing it IRL. Call him. Or use your radio if you are in Faction.
Shortly: Mixing IC with OOC.
2. Powergaming *PG* : Powergaming is when you are playing only for the win and don't like it when you lose.
And when you are not letting the other player have some time to react.
eg.:(I will tell some short examples, I won't make whole RP) /me takes his pistol and blasts the enemy. And then you shot the his head without letting him some time to realize what is going on.
That's why they invented the command "/do".
You should use that command. eg.: /me takes out his pistol, aims it and tries to shot the enemy's head. /do Would I Success? or S/F? and the other player should answer to it. eg. /do S. or /do F because ............. . (Give reason why Fail)
3. Deathmatching *DM*: Deathmatching is when you are killing people for non RP reason just because you like it.

Now, Take those three rules, and tell me what you would do if someone broke those rules. (These do no determine if you are admin or not, they simply determine your skill level)
1. 1st Offense: 10 min Jail and Verbal Warning + teach him how to not MG and how to do it next time.
1. 2nd Offense: 20 min Jail and Warn.
1. 3rd Offense: Ban 1 day.

2. 1st Offense: Verbal Warning and Re RP while I am watching + I will show them how to do it good.
2. 2nd Offense: Jail 10 minutes.
2. 3rd Offense: Jail 20 minuts and warn.

3. 1st Offense: Jail 20 minutes and warn.
3. 2nd Offense: Jail 1 hour + warn.
3. 3rd Offense: Perm Ban. Because DM is a serious thing and is done by trolls most of the time.

Yes, Actually I was Admin before not only in MTA but in other games like WoW and Minecraft.
In Minecraft I was Co-Owner and I was owner on WoW server.
I also know a languages that can be put on use.

Yes, but only with Admins.
